[Story] Key backup - new users

Story

As a first time user
I want the key backup to be automatically enabled
so that I can retrieve my messages in the future

Acceptance criteria

• A new Chat backup entry should be visibile in the application settings
• Within the Chat backup screen backup should be correctly marked as enabled and there should be an option to disable it
• Once disabled the user should be able to re-enable it
• There should be a link to a screen that describes secure backup in more details

Edge cases:

• disabling backup while it's in the migration process is not a problem as the original won't get overriden at the moment
• if disabled from a different device the SDK should gracefully handle errors
