[Story] Key backup - existing users

Story

As an existing user
I want key backup to respect the configuration made on other sessions
so that I don't enable it by mistake

Acceptance criteria

• A new Chat backup entry should be visibile in the application settings
  • If this particular session isn't verified then Chat backup options aren't available
• Within the Chat backup screen, backup should be marked as per the user's previous choice.
• The user can chose to either enable or disable it respectively as many times as needed
• There should be a link to a screen that describes secure backup in more details

Edge cases:

• disabling backup while it's in the migration process is not a problem as the original won't get overriden at the moment
• if disabled from a different device the SDK should gracefully handle errors
