Add dates to notebook entries

The date should go in the top right corner and should be in the format: %Y.%b.%d. It should be on the same line as the title but it should be right justified.

This change should be made on all the pages that are notebook styled:

• private_notes/_notebook_list
• private_notes/_note
• search/private_note_search_result
