Feature request: hydra to transient?

Though enough for using, hydra is unmaintained for a long time. I have a version for jupyter-org-hydra/body with transient, which should be suitable when user want to add / custom their own transient keymaps, see jupyter+. Since transient has been widely used in many packages like magit, would you mind I make a pr to change hydra to transient version?

If you'd like to give a shot at converting te hydra to a transient be my guest. I had looked into this, but haven't gotten around to figuring out how transients work yet.
