I've been giving this thoughts and I don't see an easy and clean way of building such functionality into the app...
I could try to guess for what hits the user wants to dispatch span annotations using clues such as the absence of discontinuous spans, but that can be misleading if the exact action isn't clearly shown to the user. While that could be done, it would take more that what I can actually do timewise, so I'am gonna leave it now.
