How to override _reboot.scss

Hi,
I am trying to use PrimeNG library link with this project and spotted problem which I can't solve:

_reboot.scss is having highest priority:

This problem should be same with any other library.
I need to lower priority of _reboot.scss or somehow override it.
Does anyone have a solution here? Or any guidance here will be much appreciated :)

P.S: using newest template with Angular v19.
