CRA + Typescript keep fails

Hi guys

I followed the steps in doc, but not working in CRA + Typescript

installed env
"react-scripts": "4.0.3",
"typescript": "4.3.5",
"@emotion/react": "11.4.0",

1. npm install --save @emotion/react

/** @jsx jsx */
import { css, jsx } from '@emotion/react';
<div
  css={css`
    background-color: hotpink;
  `}
/>

or

/** @jsx jsx */
import { jsx } from '@emotion/react'

<div css={{ background: 'black' }} />

3. shows error

An @jsxFrag pragma is required when using an @jsx pragma with JSX fragments.ts(17017)

Any clue?

I tried somethings in here
