Configure geoserver to read one of these endpoints:
https://emotional-cities.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/data/utartu/shops.gpkg
https://emotional-cities.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/data/utartu/shops.geojson

The AWS credentials can be found on the .env file of openapi-sdi
