I have been trying to add a new user to one of my account via the dashboard; but while she receives the notification email, she does not get the notification in the dashboard. She had an account in under her user with the same name as the project I was trying to add her to, but even after deleting the account, and me resending the notification, she still only got the email. I created a dumby user and tried sending an invite to that user and the notification went through just fine. I then removed the user from the account and added a new account with the same name as the account to which I was trying to add the user and this time, I only received the notification email. I then tried deleting and remaking the user, but still, after sending the invitation, only received the notification email. Is there something about having or once having an account by the same name that is resulting in this error? If this is not the correct place to be notifying you of these issues, please point me to the proper forum/issue tracker.

This user either has account or not. If not, he/she has to create & activate account
When user is logged in then he/she should see notification about invitation either on first page or under "message icon" in top right corner, there is small green "accept icon" which has to be clicked in order to have access to account.
Then user can switch in middle top place on page accounts.
Please make sure that invited user doesn't have notficiation in top right corner (click 'message box icon').
The invited user does not have a notification; I have successfully invited other users in the past to this account and was able to the first time to my dumby user. It is just the target user and now the dumby account since joining the account once and being removed are not receiving notifications.
