Almost resolves: #1017
Hello, this branch contains navbar style refactor into tailwind from bem, there are lots of components to get this done(so, it is a little bit time-consuming), if you approve this, I am going to help with others :)
Update: I have noticed an issue in pr so it is not ready to merge
