[MHGROUP8] Answer Choices Spacing Issue

[MHGROUP8] answer choices are based on the participant's sex. Not every answer choice appears for each participant. The spacing for the responses is off. Please see screenshot below. Similar issue when participant is female, but with different choices.

[MHGROUP9] is similar in that the answer choices are based on SEX, but the spacing looks much better. There are no gaps where answer choices are missing.

Similar spacing issue in Mod 2 in [PREGSUMMARY] if the below bullet points are not applicable.

• Number of Infants
• Method of delivery
• Did you breastfeed?
• Number of months of breastfeeding

@danielruss in the past for spacing issues have we said those are Quest issues? or an issue with how the module was implemented in the file?
