Initially, reports the word of the previous day at 1300 PM UTC

Because any users just east of the int'd dateline are the last to play a word, and it rolls over at midnight their time, or 1200 UTC. Wait an hour so if they need an hour to solve harder words and use an RSS feed, it doesn't get spoiled too easily
