现在已有的程序是PyTorch程序，需要将其移植到paddlepaddle运行，遇到了一个问题是cude作为GPU在电脑上运行是需要的，但是在paddlepaddle也同样需要吗？如果不需要应该如何更爱，看到一个程序使用GPU的语句是#在使用GPU机器时，可以将use_gpu变量设置成True
use_gpu = True
此外在程序里也没有出现cude相关字样
