Synchronise jupyterhub versions in docker hub and lab containers/images. #25

Behaviour:

Both the docker lab and the docker hub image use the same jupyterhub version (1.0.0)

Current Behaviour:

The lab uses 1.0.0 and the hub 0.9.4 which causes issues when the hub communicates with the user lab containers.
