Add unit tests for setup #102

Inspired by this issue from the Capentry Incubator repo: carpentries-incubator#123

Let's:

  • Create a unit test (``test_setup.py`) to test all dependencies are running and working
  • Add a one line command (python test_setup.py) in the setup page that the uses can run to verify the setup is working.
