False invalid password for Isracard and AMEX when password contains special characters

AMEX and Isracard support password with special characters when changing passwords and logging in but it doesn't work with the scraper.

We probably miss some encoding step.

I changed my password to a new one without special characters and everything works as expected.

As noted in the other issue I have this with a solely alphanumeric password, so not sure if the two are connected.
