The build time for this package is long - like >30minutes.

Perhaps we should consider publishing an NPM/esy package with prebuilt binaries, like esy-cmake-prebuilt?

In addition... perhaps we could just copy the cmake.exe on Windows and address #3 too (so the bin is at least sandboxed).
