Until we can serve everything offline, we'll need some method of notifying users that we require a network connection, as opposed to just failing in unexpected ways like we do currently (if you start the app without an internet connection, it will show no levels, if you lose internet connection during gameplay, it will give a fatal failed to fetch error, not show the mission complete screen, etc).
