I mean official support

I don't think there is anymore active development in this "official" ethminer repository.

The pull requests is just growing over time, and people are just forking it and applying the pull-requests in their own fork.

I myself did so, and if anyone on macOS (with Apple Silicon & Intel cpu's) want to build "the latest with all of the pull requests" merged. Have a look at my fork and this branch:

At the current state as I'm typing this, it contains the code from:

• https://github.com/gyf304/ethminer-m1
• upgrade boost to 1.77 and upgrade hunter to v0.23.320 #2396
• Add --cu-target-usage flag to allow users to limit GPU usage #2222
• implemented prometheus metrics endpoint #2398

my goal is to keep this branch up-to-date and compile under macOS 12.1 (Monterey) and future versions (I might later try older versions too ... but 1st things 1st ... is try to merge as many pull requests as possible - that add / improve on it).

And later after I'm done with merging all of the pull request in this "official repro" ... I'll try to see if I can get it to work on Windows 10 and Linux too (Rome wasn't built in one day, but in due time, I should get things rolling ...)
