Project: Multi-chain fault proof runbooks

The proofs runbooks were created for OP Mainnet, and while they do apply to other chains with permissionless fault proofs they should be reviewed and improved for the Superchain.

This will include:

• Reviewing current runbooks.
• Updating to work with multiple chains, including interactions with external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that interactions with non-technical stakeholders like comms are included.
• Scripting some critical superchain-ops tasks to ensure they can be executed quickly and accurately.
