Update ShapeShift wallet listing with supported chains #14617

The current wallet listing only include "Ethereum Mainnet":

But the ShapeShift app/wallet supports many more currently:

  • Ethereum
  • Polygon
  • BNB Smart Chain
  • Gnosis
  • Arbitrum One
  • Avalanche C-Chain
  • Base
  • Bitcoin
  • Bitcoin Cash
  • Cosmos
  • Dogecoin
  • Litecoin
  • Optimism
  • THORChain

Out of these ethereum.org supports listing:

  • Ethereum
  • Arbitrum One
  • Base
  • Optimism

I will make a PR to add these in the supported_chains properties, update the last_updated property and also change the twitter.com domain to x.com for the "Twitter" link to avoid a useless redirection for this social media link.
