How to Reproduce

Delete everything in a workspace
Add a minimal vyper contract
Compile
Try to deploy to a public testnet

If you add a minimal .sol file, and then compile, you'll be able to deploy.

Still cannot reproduce this bug. I was able to create a blank workspace and deploy to celo-alfajores test net with no issues
