Incorrect Default Frequencies

The “bands.h” firmware file contains a few incorrect default frequencies.

80m WSPR is currently 3568600. It should be 3570100. It appears the dial frequency was used instead of the actual transmit frequency.

12m QRSS is currently 24890800. It should be 24925900.
6m QRSS is currently 50200000. It should be 50294300.
