Add .75 and 1.25 speeds

Please allow smaller speed increments around the 1x mark like 1/2, 1/1.25, 0, 1.25, 1.5 (since windows uses -10 to 10, 0 being 1x, it maps to -5 -2, 0, 1, 2). You may consider making it negative numbers instead of fractions, since 1/2 is greater than 1/10 so 1/2 should be to the left of 1/10 (i know what you were trying to do though).
The plugin does Not set the windows voice speed setting to the one in windows (mine is set to -2) when in the popup window but it does with read aloud selected text.
