TODO:

Create user in the server for CI/CD
Give to the user the correct permissions to be able to write to the website content folder
Add SSH key pair for this user
Store securely the private ssh key in Travis
Create a .travis.yml file that builds the html pages and runs make rsync on every merge to the master branch
