Add support for debug metadata #1

Debug metadata is not supported yet. See eush77/clang.mix#1.

Programs with debug metadata trigger the following unreachable in StagedIRBuilder<IRBuilder>::stageMetadata:

Unhandled metadata kind
UNREACHABLE executed at /path/to/llvm/lib/Transforms/Mix/StagedIRBuilder.h:639!
