add unvote option

an !unvote command would be nice to retract a !yes, !no, !abstain vote on a !motion

also an option to disable !abstain as an option for all motions.

Hmm, I don't think I see the value in this. Can you explain why unvoting is better than abstaining?

At the moment it seems like abstaining seems to remove the user from the voting pool (haven't dug into the code to see if that is the case or not).

Me and some friends are using this to manage votes for a discord mafia game so it is quite common for new information to result in a player wanting to temporarily unvote so they can process the new information before recommitting to a vote option.

Oh okay that makes sense. Yeah, abstaining does behave like that. Well this can be considered for a new update then
