Ability to remove a vote from an active motion. (enhancement)

I use the vote bot to handle trade vetoes for fantasy football and i'd like to remove the managers involved in the trade if they had entered a vote since the majority for pass/fail is handled by the remaining members of the league.

thoughts on this could be to set an index next to the person's name in the vote embed and a command like !remove 0 or something like that.
