Die Idee mit dem virtuellen LPC ist prinzipiell gut, funktioniert das aber auch wenn diese Geräte auch noch in einem realen Circuit mit "normalem" Lastmanagement sein müssen? Wäre hier ein tagbasierter Ansatz besser? Das ganze ist ja ohnehin eine deutsche Spezialgeschichte. |

Fix #15239. This PR makes the HEMS circuit used for SteuVEs configurable.
