[Bug] Roles / Permissions: Pre-Selected Toggle Buttons Not Retaining Enabled Permissions

The toggle buttons in the Roles/Permissions interface should automatically be pre-selected based on any previously enabled permissions. This means that when the interface loads, if certain permissions have already been granted to a role, their corresponding toggle buttons should appear as switched on, reflecting the current state of those permissions.
