[Bug] "End Work" Status: Inactive User/Employee Record Not Updated

When an employee is marked as "End Work," both the user and employee records should automatically be set to an "Inactive" status. This change should trigger the necessary updates in the system, reflecting the employee's inactive state. Currently, it is unclear if a status change or other actions are triggered as expected after marking "End Work."
