UI fixes for Blocks view of User's Tasks #3458

On the Team's Tasks page, the user card has some UI issues, see screenshot below:

The fixed user element with name, current task and time is bleeding into the bottom section when the user scrolls.
The task blocks are the same colour as their container.

Expected Condition

Add a visual demarcation (e.g. border) to separate between the fixed element to the scrolling part containing the task blocks
Change the background colour of the container of the task blocks to make it neater, similar to design on the My Tasks page. See below
