Last market, last market's instrument, last notebook's tab

After Tmatic is closed, it probably has to keep the last market choice, the last instrument in it, and the chosen notebook's tab (Trades, Funding, Result). If user changes the .env file in between removing the last chosen instrument, than the first one in instrument's list is chosen. The same behavior for the markets buttons.
