Options not working, and time-out

The options Max Results and Start at Record don't appear to be working at all. I am currently trying to download samples for SRP069245, but SRA-explorer times out for kinds of processes (bash script, Cluster Flow list, Raw FastQs), and I have no means of limiting the results (apart from klicking 200 times of course...).

I'm afraid that I'm away on paternity leave at the moment... Pull requests for fixes are welcome though! 😉

Of course you are. To add to the timeout, it appears to be probably the same as reported previously (in #8). It get to ~130 out of 200, and then stalls.

Interestingly, Start at record seems to take 10 entries off the list per number selected, so Start at record 5 will then show 150 entries (instead of 200). The questions is, which entries does it skip?
