As a project maintainer I want to have all site related dependencies to be up to date and DependaBot alerts to be eliminated.

Scope of update:

  • Update ESLint to the latest version for site directory
  • Update 11ty and build tools to the lates versions
  • Update and cleanup site dependencies (e.g. ESL)
  • Resolve open PR for lending RSS articles component from exadel.com
  • Update related GH actions and their versions
