Description of the feature

When you build an app that uses service, for example host apdu service, then you would like to see what's inside that *.xml . It's similar to iOS.entitlements, or android.mainfest
With this feature you can stay in expo managed workflow, and you do not have to eas prebuild or expo eject which changed expo project in bare workflow.
