Colors are difficult and time consuming to enter suggestion for improvement

Adding many rows with specific colors takes longer than it needs to. the steps currently need are 1. create new text 2. type a value. 3. select a color 4. hit done. 5. reorder then if you decide to change all of those rows to bold you have to 1. click edit, 2. click bold, 3. click done
I suggest adding a way to copy rows of text. the way this can be done is by typing in the text separately. that way you can change the work flow to something like this

1. type several rows of text
2. select a color
3. apply that color to selected rows
   4.select bold italics etc, then apply to selected rows.
