Error while running waypoint_follow.py

First of all I faced an issue while running pip install -e . where it was giving error while fetching dependencies for wheel in gym. Issue 60

I solved that issue by upgrading the gym version in the following Pull Request PR 61

Finally, when I was able to run the installation, I tried to run waypoint_follow.py I got the following error:

How do I solve this?

This is not an issue in the docker image.
