Previous "static" files missing after deploy

After deploying, some of our pages are still cached by cloudfront, but the scripts referenced by the page are 404

Invalidating the cloudfront cache fixes the issue (as the new page is served), but ideally these cached pages would still function. Other static files from the previous version still exist which makes me think these files are acutally generated? Also they and the paths don't exist on S3
