How I get my best work done:

I get my best work done when I've carefully set milestones. I like to break the task into smaller tasks to work on. I'm a collaborative learner and always work best when I'm able to have insight from another person.

The role I usually take in a team:

I like to take more of a supportive role in a team, happy to help others try to understand the task.

My communication style:

I'm quite an open and understanding person, so if you have any concerns about anything I'm always happy to answer.

What I value:

I value people who are respectful of others, especially when working in a team.

What people misunderstand about me:

I'm not too sure, I guess I can come across reserved to new people, but I'm always happy to speak to new people.

How I like to get my feedback:

I'm always happy to receive feedback, when I'm receiving feedback I like to hear what I'm doing well but also like to hear about what I need to improve on.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

strengths: Javascript Basic, html, Microsoft, Asana (project management)

weaknesses: Excel, CSS

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

I'm interested in programming (I like learning new things/concepts). I'm also trying to get more active so I enjoy running, going to the gym, swimming. I'm also a foodie, so I'm always happy to hear about any restaurant and food recommendations.
