How to achieve scenario of "Target neutral with maximum savings" using allocator

Is there any way to achieve the scenario of keeping the total response (target variable : quantity sold or revenue) same with maximum savings, basically to minimize spends? Currently there is scenario of max response which means "Spend Neutral with maximum response". Also there is scenario of target efficiency which keeps cpa or roas same. But I want to keep total response same. Currently is it possible in Robyn?
