Is there direction to include a spatial aspect - equivalent to geoparquet - ocg compliant, etc

Short term, the answer is no.
Long term, anything is possible.

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?
And why can't you model it using the existing constructs (complex column types, like struct/row, maps and arrays)?
