Add categories section in the top of the courses page

Basically, It is a topics for which courses is to be listed below on clicking it the courses only related to that topices should be listed below it.
You can take the refrence code from the home page categories section https://github.com/fairfield-programming/learn/blob/master/src/pages/categories.js
