If I have any profiles saved when I right click or open the context menu for any exe or shortcut throughout my computer (desktop, explorer, not start menu icons) the software attempts to load the first profile. This makes my context menu useless for mostly everything. I love the program you have here and I am trying to modify my DisplayProfiles xml to work with my surround setup as amasover detailed in another issue. Looking for a way to resolve this myself but felt like reporting it. I am a software engineer and would love to help, let me know what I can do!

Hey,

Can you describe the problem a little more? What do you mean that it tries to load the first profile?

I probably should add an option to disable shell extension while installing, but meanwhile, you can do it manually by editing or deleting registry key at this address:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{9b5a51c5-beba-3ad2-a242-8239cf1f7d81}

I disabled

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{1e7a7f03-cae3-3c52-86de-69544e72a32d}\InprocServer32\0.9.6431.33961

by putting an extra "f" in front of file:// in the CodeBase line.

I did that so I could re-enable it easily later. This preserved the functionality of shortcuts whereas disabling other keys did not allow shortcuts to work.

The issue I was having is:
For any .exe throughout my computer, if I would right click it, Helios would attempt to set the first stored profile. Right clicking did not bring up a context menu as it normally would, just triggered changing to first profile. I can't describe it any further than that unless you would like to do a screen share or something =)

Interesting behavior, I will check it out. Thanks for reporting.
