Moony plugin not work

I try to add Moony A1xA1 plugin, but can't get it to work.
Steps to reproduce:
Add Fluid GM synth to Carla, connect ports.
Check sound with screen keyboard.
Add Moony A1xA1, connect it.
With Wrench icon -> Load state, use '002: MIDI responder'.
For sure, with Star icon, open editor, check code, use 'Send' btn in it.
Give MIDI input to plugin: i have no sound.
Moony plugin work as expected (preloaded with '002: MIDI responder', pass thru all MIDI) when started via 'jalv.gtk "http://open-music-kontrollers.ch/lv2/moony#a1xa1"'; also reported working with Ardour.
Archlinux, Carla 2.5.8.
I test some previous releases down to 2.4.2 with same result. (Older are not working anymore today).
