Those apply only to specific parts of discover pages due to tmdb api not supporting this filtering. I.e it applies to discover Movies/series (and the popular series and movies sliders) as those endpoint support it but it will not apply to trending sliders. And those settings only apply to DISCOVER as written in setting description. It will not apply to search. Because once again the tmdb api does not support filtering on those endpoints. Also, you can find that when you set those languages, when you go to movies page or series page, it's filtered to that. |

I am an english (only) speaking person. I am only interested in seeing content that is native english language. I am not interested in content of foreign languages even if they are subtitled or even dubbed. How can I filter out such content?
For example, my Trending list contains a title with the following metadata:
Being a movie made in China, with an Original Language of Chinese, I am completely uninterested so would prefer such titles not show up in my list(s).
I tried setting preferences to filter this sort of thing out:
But that doesn't seem to be working. Am I misunderstanding what these settings above are for?
