(mobile) about dataset page should not show the search #445

This is the current layout:

(Screenshot from beta site - localhost highlights the settings instead)

The 'back' button is visible on desktop is not visible, so that's maybe not the best layout.

Also, the 'back' button can either go to a location, or /data - could it go to just one and the same place always?

This was accidental, the filter box was a default and there was an exclusion list, so it was easy to forget to exclude some URL.

Didn't do anything the back button, but it shows on mobile now.
