Automatic addition of the symbol

I propose adding an option that, when enabled, would automatically add the "|" symbol when inserting words in RegExp mode.

Could you please describe it more? Describe exact steps that should lead to automatic pipe character insertion.

I go to "Highlight text", activate "RegExp" and periodically add words or phrases, separating them with the "|" symbol.
For example: “good program|powerful features|very convenient”.

This has to be done often, so it would be nice to automate it.
Maybe add an option: "Automatically separate inserted text with a '|' symbol".
Or solve this in some other way, so that when inserting subsequent parts of text, there would be no need to separate them each time with the required “|” symbol.
