Disabling\enabling rules via the context menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes there is a need to disable/enable rules on the page, for example, to disable the rule that highlights prices below $1 on Aliexpress, and enable the one that highlights below $5. It is inconvenient to go to the list of extensions on the toolbar and search for AutoHighlight each time to bring up the popup window to disable/enable the desired rule.

Make it possible to disable/enable rules via the page context menu and mark disabled/enabled rules accordingly.
