Conflict with anchor scroll that uses jquery. #4

The plugin is really great but I just can't get it work with a simple anchor menu that scrolls (smoothly with jquery) to the different part of a website. If the scroll from the mousewheel is not done when the menu anchor is called the plugin wins over the menu anchor...
